Also, until the virus is made in a lab, then it's the fault of evolution, natural selection (does this even apply to viurses, lol?), and mutation. Soooooo....it's not really anyone's fault.

Not a good idea, really, especially if lives/wildlife is at stake. Besides, the US probably did a far better job than what the UK would have managed. Because the UK is awful.
